Statistics courses
I want to enrol on a statistics course, but have no idea which one to do.

I want to do distance learning.

The obvious choice is to do a maths and statistics a-level. But are there any other better courses out there that someone can recommend?

(Want to complete within 2 years).

Any help would be warmly received.

Thanks

Re: Statistics courses
Be careful with which one you choose, I have read that 43% of them fail to deliver results 60% of the time all the time.

The probability that you are going to get a cunting is 1

Given your posting history it was 100% likely that you were going to post a "How do I...?" thread

Statistically you're more stupid than most posters as you can't do anything in life without asking for advice.

def - Don't forget that Turan needs a life coach to help him get through every day too, obviously these threads are posted on the life coach's day off.

Re: Statistics courses
Do you need to know how to do statistical analysis - ie: be taught bog standard methods that are used in business and sciences - or do you need to know how they work - ie: calculus etc?

I enrolled on a graduate certificate in statistics years ago - I have A level maths so I qualified. I was lost within 30 minutes.

You can buy a book and learn it all if you just need to know how to do various tests.

Thanks Big Dave. I was looking for a certified course if possible.

The application would be for Business purposes.

If it makes you feel better calling me stupid and other names, then that is your perogative. Would have thought you'd have better things to do though.
